Dear Irontrailers,

The first month of the new year has already flown by and the premiere is fast approaching. We hope that you haven't broken your New Year's resolutions yet, that you have been able to brave all the snowdrifts and still put in a little training for the Irontrail.

Up to now, you've had to visualise the landscape in your mind's eye, but from today we will be presenting the course in individual sections at 1.5-weekly intervals. Come on a trip with us...
